Shipping & Returns
Most books ship within two business days. Apparel, mugs, bags, and stickers are all printed to order, and will ship on average within three to six business days.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and secure shipping addresses. Touch Her and Die is not responsible for stolen packages. If a package is tracking as delivered, and the package cannot be located, a lost package claim must be opened with the carrier for compensation.
If a shipment has been shipped and appears to be lost in transit, customer must notify the shop within 30 days of the ship date by emailing TouchHerAndDieBooks@gmail.com.
Customer must notify the shop within five days of delivery if a product has been damaged in transit so we can issue a refund or replacement.
Return & Refund Policy
All book sales are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

Due to the nature of on-demand printing and production, clothing, bags, mugs, and stickers are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival. Defected items can be refunded or replaced, if the defect is reported within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

Orders for apparel, bags, mugs, and stickers get sent directly to our production partner shortly after the order is placed. Once our printing partner starts production at any stage, the order cannot be cancelled.
